12 Weeks
In Person or Zoom
As an IFBB Pro and NASM- and NESTA-certified personal trainer, I’ve helped men and women of all ages reclaim their vitality by building strength.
Full Body Thrive’s 12-week Fitness Coaching Program includes three 4-week segments, with 5 days of training per week. To enroll, you’ll need access to a gym, as bodyweight exercises alone won’t be enough to achieve the results this program is designed for.
Your workout plan will be centered around progressive overload, meaning you’ll track and gradually increase your weights as you get stronger over the weeks. This will help you build more muscle while maintaining leanness.
This program is ideal for those who can commit to training 5 days per week. If your schedule allows for at least 3 days, you can still get results. However, if you’re unable to dedicate that amount of time, this isn’t the program for you.
The Fitness Coaching Program can be used to support weight or fat loss, or simply feeling better in your own skin.

What Do You Get?
Customized workouts:
Each 4-week segment includes a personalized exercise plan with demonstration videos that guide you through each movement, complete with form cues and modifications for beginners or those with joint limitations.
Mobility training:
Your program will include balance and flexibility exercises that support your strength training and increase your mobility.
Meal plan:
You’ll receive a 12-week meal plan designed to help you build muscle and change your body composition. We’ll adjust your plan during our biweekly FBT Sessions to keep it on track with your evolving goals and needs.
Recovery optimization:
Your weekly exercise calendar will distribute workouts for maximum recovery and results.
Bi-weekly sessions:
We’ll meet every 2 weeks for 30 minutes to track your progress, celebrate wins, and make adjustments to your workout routine and meal plan. These sessions can be held in person or via Zoom.
Email support:
I’m always here to cheer you on! You’ll have email access to me for any questions or guidance, and I’ll respond promptly to keep you on track.
Why Fitness Coaching?
Strength, muscle, and joint mobility play a huge role in our health vitality. Starting in our thirties, we lose up to 3–5% of our muscle mass per decade, and bone density decreases, increasing the risk of conditions like osteoporosis. Joints also become stiffer due to hormonal changes, reduced lubricating fluid and thinning cartilage.
That’s why building muscle should be a nonnegotiable part of everyone’s routine.

After signing up, you’ll complete the intake process and schedule an initial interview and assessment. We’ll review your goals, exercise history, and nutritional needs to create a personalized plan.
