Over 16 weeks, I combine personalized nutritional therapy and fitness training to address the root causes of your symptoms. You’ll pair a nutrient-dense diet with a progressive exercise plan to build muscle and support long-term vitality.

 

Our bodies are designed to move, but as we age, our mobility naturally declines. The Signature Program helps you stay agile and fuel your body for lifelong health and independence.

Fitness Coaching

12-Week Program

In Person or Zoom

As an IFBB Pro and NASM- and NESTA-certified personal trainer, I’ve helped men and women of all ages reclaim their vitality by building strength.

 

Full Body Thrive’s 12-week Fitness Coaching Program includes three 4-week segments, with 5 days of training per week. To enroll, you’ll need access to a gym, as bodyweight exercises alone won’t be enough to achieve the results this program is designed for.

 

Your workout plan will be centered around progressive overload, meaning you’ll track and gradually increase your weights as you get stronger over the weeks. This will help you build more muscle while maintaining leanness.

 

This program is ideal for those who can commit to training 5 days per week. If your schedule allows for at least 3 days, you can still get results. However, if you’re unable to dedicate that amount of time, this isn’t the program for you.

 

The Fitness Coaching Program can be used to support weight or fat loss, or simply feeling better in your own skin.​​​

Nutritional Therapy

In Full Body Thrive’s 12-week Nutritional Therapy Program, you’ll learn how to nourish your body with a nutrient-dense diet that addresses your specific symptoms, energy levels, and health goals. We’ll start with a deep dive into your health history to track the signals your body is sending you. Based on the data we uncover, I’ll create a personalized meal plan that uses food and supplements to address dysregulation in the body. We’ll target the root causes of issues like bloating, heartburn, or fatigue, so you can feel your best from the inside out.

 

Each week, we’ll track your progress and adjust your plan to meet your evolving needs. Whether you cook at home, use meal kits, or dine out, this program is designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. While weight loss isn’t the primary focus, you’ll leave feeling better, looking your best, and thriving in your own skin.

 

By the end of the program, you’ll have a clear understanding of how food impacts your body, and the tools to maintain your progress for the long term.​​​

RESTART® brings you back to basics, helping you rediscover the joy of real, whole foods and transform your health from the inside out. This 5-week program combines nutritional education, a 3-week sugar detox, and supportive group sessions to help you reimagine what’s possible for your long-term health. You’ll explore essential topics like digestion, how sugar impacts your body, the truth about healthy fats, and how to build sustainable habits that last.
