Tired of programs that swear by expensive pills or push extreme fitness routines, only to leave you with the same symptoms, or worse? Full Body Thrive’s Signature Program doesn’t rely on quick fixes. 

 

Over 16 weeks, I combine personalized nutritional therapy and fitness training to address the root causes of your symptoms. You’ll pair a nutrient-dense diet with a progressive exercise plan to build muscle and support long-term vitality.

 

Our bodies are designed to move, but as we age, our mobility naturally declines. The Signature Program helps you stay agile and fuel your body for lifelong health and independence.

What Do You Get?

Week 1: Nutritional Assessment & Initial Interview (90 Minutes)

I’ll start by sending you 2 comprehensive nutritional and health questionnaires, and a 3-day Food & Mood Journal that you’ll complete before our initial interview. We’ll follow up with a 90-minute session together to debrief and evaluate your current nutritional habits, symptoms, and goals.

 

Week 2: Personalized Nutritional Recommendations (30 Minutes)

Get tailored lifestyle, nutritional, and supplement recommendations to set a strong foundation for your health and wellness journey.

 

Week 3: Fitness Assessment Interview & Nutritional Review (30 Minutes)

We’ll discuss your fitness habits and goals, and review the nutritional recommendations provided in the previous weeks.

 

Week 4: Strength Training & Fitness Plan (30 Minutes)

We’ll set you up for the next 2 weeks with a fitness plan that includes strength training splits, cardio, and guidance on mobility, balance, and flexibility work.

 

Week 5: Initial Progress Review (30 Minutes)

We’ll celebrate your progress, see how your strength training and nutritional plans are going, and make any adjustments needed to keep you feeling your best.

 

Week 6: Strength & Nutritional Optimization (30 Minutes)

You’ll receive an updated 2-week strength training program. We’ll further refine your nutritional plan to align with your evolving needs, exploring topics like mindset and meal prep.

 

Weeks 7–15: Progress Review (30 Minutes)

We’ll meet weekly to track progress, celebrate achievements, and continue adjusting your plans as needed. You’ll receive new fitness programming bi-weekly (or as progress allows).

 

You’ll also receive weekly educational resources on topics like:

  • Sleep optimization

  • Stress management

  • Relaxation techniques

  • Supplement facts & fiction

  • Cardiovascular health

 

Week 16: Final Session & Next Steps (30 Minutes)

In our final session, we’ll create a personalized roadmap to help you maintain your progress. After 16 weeks, the habits you’ve built will feel like second nature. You’ll be stronger, more energized, and motivated to keep moving forward. Plus, you’ll leave with a toolkit of workouts, menus, and recipes to provide structure and keep you feeling nourished and empowered long after the program ends.
